JOY IN CHOKANI VILLAGE
Today, March 31, 2017 it was announced by the President of Malawi Farmers Inc, Sam Powell, that our drilling team has arrived in Chokani Village to begin the work of digging a deep water well.
The village elders along with expectant villagers welcomed the team with great joy to the area where the well will be dug.
The team is prepping the site and will soon bring in the heavy equipment to do the work. Once completed, it will be the first time that fresh, clean water is available to the farmers and their families. Women and young girls will not have to travel long distances to collect fresh, potable water for cooking, washing, hydrating themselves and their families, their animals and their crops. This water will make water-borne diseases a thing of the past.
Your donations have made this possible. You are helping make life fulfilling for Chokani villagers.

Our First Priority - To dig deep water wells in the village that is accessible to all families for drinking, cooking, washing, hydrating animals and crops. The joy expressed in the above photo is not the joy of having a luxury, but of having a necessity that alters the whole of life.
